Game Randomly and Constantly Crashing
Since the first patch released November 7, I haven't been able to get any stable gameplay. It's not my system. 4090 GPU, i9 processor, butt load of RAM. All drivers are updated, Windows, Steam, Geforce, all of it.
It's more than a little annoying that many people can't play this game either because of some game-breaking bugs or the game simply won't stay launched.
I've decided to put the game down until Bioware fixes it, if they even do. Hopefully, they don't treat it like Andromeda by, first, shutting down all "bug and technical issues" forums, then announcing that they won't be fixing anything further.
It was devastating when they let Andromeda die like that, and I'd hate to see it happen to Veilguard, a game that's much more finished and with a ton of promise. If that does happen--and I really hope it doesn't--Bioware will be finished. Many longstanding fans have already walked away, but I'm not ready to yet. Just have to see how long it'll take to get the Veilguard in proper working order, if they don't decide to scrap it.
