Game won't start /directX function

Hi I hope any one who see this message help resolve this situation 

First i want to start over I bought this game on NOV 1 played 4 hours when i got the game fast forward a week later i played 2 hours and on NOV 14 which is the last time i played the game and it was 3 hours .

I got busy and never touched the game since. but yesterday when i tried to launch it I got this erorr that u see on the screanshot now this is the first time i've seen it never got it before i tried to look out for solution did not work

i just can't launch the game on fullscreen it gives me this error but i did some tips people gave me:

1- Updating my hardware 

2-deleted the shaders

3- reinstilling the game 

4- I run as administrator

5- Bios and GPU are on the latest versions

6- i installed older version of my gpu 

it did work to launch the game to the main menu but downloading the shaders took it forever. when i tried loading the game or hit continue it gives me the error now. i downgraded all the settings to low still i've the same issue

i just can't get the game to run. please if anyone knows how i can fix it please tell me i spent $60 on the game that is now not working and i've barely tried it i can't get a refund so im stuck
