what the title says. was going around looking for loot and got stuck and can't move in any direction. jumping, dashing, nothing helps. can't fast travel during Harding quest so had to reload a save.
I had another kind of problem but the solution can work for you as well. ALT+F4 then start the game and pick "continue". No, it is not a troll reply. It happened to me to jump over a gap (damaged bridge) and drawn, the automatically continue placed me 1 step close to the safe spot right above the water. I couldn't even call the menu to load the game, it was just a loop of re-spawn / quick fall / drawn. ALT+F4 and restart was the only option to resume the game.
ah yeah had that happen to me earlier too but I think it was in that place in Arlathan where they fixed it in the most recent update
