graphic problem
As you can see in the picture, there is a graphic error
(game has been updated)
I have completely reinstalled the game and the graphic errors are not coming back.

I play on PC
I had the same issue; set my helmet to go on and off again and that fixed it.
I'm feeling nostalgic. I had this exact same problem in Hotel Giant in 2002.
Did you update your graphics driver recently?
Could you post a DxDiag file? Instructions: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/i have already tested this. it also happens sometimes with npc. restarting the game helps
I haven't changed anything. The problem only came after the patch
This isn't your GPU/ BIOs/ Drivers... I'm running a (I9 14900/ GTX 4090/ 32gb DDR5) and this randomly occurs with certain armor, hair, or helmets. It isn't always the same items and can occur in gameplay or during cutscenes. It seems the latest patch has helped in avoiding a crash due to it, but depending on the severity of the texture glitch - it can halt gameplay/ progress.
