graphic problem
As you can see in the picture, there is a graphic error (game has been updated)
I have completely reinstalled the game and the graphic errors are not coming back.

I'm feeling nostalgic. I had this exact same problem in Hotel Giant in 2002.
Did you update your graphics driver recently?
Could you post a DxDiag file? Instructions: https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
I haven't changed anything. The problem only came after the patch
