graphic problem
As you can see in the picture, there is a graphic error (game has been updated)
I have completely reinstalled the game and the graphic errors are not coming back.

I had the same issue; set my helmet to go on and off again and that fixed it.
i have already tested this. it also happens sometimes with npc. restarting the game helps
