There is a great unbalance between video card and CPU. You could try to adjust (lowering) the voltage and/or frequencies for video card until you get a stable rendering. Follow this guide https://www.xda-developers.com/how-to-undervolt-gpu/
Also make sure REBar is enabled on bios (UEFI) and don't use any overclock for CPU and RAM. A shaders cache clean-up is highly recommended to eliminate possible errors during compilation.
