Graphics Issues - Black Boxes/Artifacting

Small black boxes are flashing on screen constantly. Tried toggling a bunch of settings in Display and Graphics but can't get them to go away. Also tried to get through character creation to see if it was just an issue there, but it persists into the game.

Any help to resolve this issue would be hugely appreciated!

Attaching images below, harder to see in images vs. video, but hoping it helps identify the issue.

  • Posting a new comment. This is just for AMD, sorry for the Nvidia guy but checking in the settings, it appears that the artifacting only happens when FSR is enabled and its set to Balance. Quality has no issues.

Forum won't let me edit the previous post, I'm on an Nvidia 4070.

This is not just an AMD thing btw (I know your solution applies to AMD) it's happening to me, on the Nvidia 4070, regardless of whether DLSS is on or not.

This happened to me too. Dont know what to do. At first, I thought it was a problem from my monitor but it's not. I'm running on RTX 4070Ti Super, I9 14900k system.

It's really ruining my experience 😭

Update: Resolved mine thru updating my bios. I didn't know that my bios has new updates.

I found out what my issue was, I was using upscaling at quality but didn't notice the games own dynamic resolution scaler was switched on, After turning this off upscaling worked perfectly. Maybe it will help some of you.

Changing upscaling setting in display settings worked for me. AMD FSR to quality like OP said or just switching from AMD FSR to Intel xess.

7800XT as well. The weird thing is it wasn't happening to me at all, since launch, but just began with the first patch.
