Hair physics issue for hairstyle 88

Ok so this is only a problem for this hairstyle, maybe more I haven't gone through all of them yet. But outside of the inventory, the hair suddenly has all the gravity in the world tugging down at **bleep**. Doesn't bounce right, sway, the volume stays condensed like there is water in it. I tested other curly hair styles and all of them were working just fine!! It sucks bc I really like this hair and the only way for it to look right is turning off the 'hair strands' setting in graphics. But that means everyone gets stiff hair with no physics. :( Pic below shows the hair in the inventory vs in game
