Steam Achievement Not Firing
I ran into an issue at launch with an achievement not firing after the requirements were met. I contacted Customer Support and was told it was a known issue without a solution. I tried again to get the achievement to work today with no luck. I contacted Support again and was told there was no known solution and to make a post in these forums for documentation. (Point of order; I found multiple posts across several forums dated back to release day. This is not a new issue or one that should be unknown to Support)

Troubleshooting so far:
- reloading and re-finishing the relevant quests.
- playing through the quests with a new character
- re-installing after patches
(On a less technical note, this the only achievement I haven't unlocked which is quite irritating. )
