impossible de lancer le jeu

j'ai tout tester pour lancer dragon age veilguard autant sur steam qui sur ea bien sur j'ai demander des refunds , le jeu ne se lance pas du tout j'ai un ecran puis crash tout mon systeme est a jour ...
