In memoriam

same, quest may be bugged.

After recruiting Taash i go back to both places and notes where available again - i clicked right one and both progress get done.
(for 1 (market) you need to click 3 to get the progress completed - small hint)

I got an issue too on this quest, for the 3rd ghost to kill, i kill him and he falls into the void, somewhere on the screen, and i can't loot him..
I'm stuck on this quest and can't reset/restart it.. Someone has a solution to this ? ty

Stuck in this exact spot, as well. I've gone everywhere in the area - nothing to interact with. I'm pretty deep into the game (40+ levels) and it sucks that the reputation from this area is stuck behind this glitch.

I am also stuck here, even after recruiting Taash, very frustrating.  I’m a platinum trophy hunter, so I can’t go forward.  Will uninstall game, maybe reload in a few months in hopes they eventually fix this trophy breaking bug.  

I figured it out.  After killing each of the 2 spirits, you have to follow the blood trail until you find another spirit who will talk to u and solve each murder.  When u find both (one is up a ladder), the quest completed.  Not very intuitive.
