In Peace achievement bugged

One of the flowers spawn under the ground, and you cannot reach it. I can see it's beam as I run up to the cave, but as I get to it, the flower is under the ground and you cannot interact with it.

This is preventing me from getting the last trophy and platinum-ing the game, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didnt work.

Same thing happened to me, I had to revert to a save before I finished the last grey warden quest. I think it’s called something’s coming. I blew up the blight boil then went to talk with Evka and Antoine and it was there waiting. Hopefully you have some previous saves!
