In Peace achievement bugged

One of the flowers spawn under the ground, and you cannot reach it. I can see it's beam as I run up to the cave, but as I get to it, the flower is under the ground and you cannot interact with it.

This is preventing me from getting the last trophy and platinum-ing the game, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it didnt work.
