Inconsistencies in quest and Inquisitor appearance

I have played through the game a few times now, and have noticed the below:  - I always have a custom Inquisitor, at the end of the game after the final fight the inquisitor appears with the default...

Hey, thanks for letting us know. I have seen a few reports of this. You said this happens in multiple playthroughs? Did it happen before the last patch, or after the last patch?

Do we have the game and the platform installed on an SSD or HDD?
Is the game and the platform installed on the same drive, or separate drives? For example, you have an SSD for your OS and HDD for games.
