INDEX FILE - An error occured while trying to complete your request

At the splash screen when it says to press any button I immediately get this error and cannot progress beyond this point.  I've reinstalled the game, and moved it from hard drive to hard drive.  I've...

Just bought the game today, digitally, and having the exact same problem. I've deleted shader cache, uninstalled and reinstalled, drivers are updated, PC has been restarted, tried to repair the game -- nothing is working. Highly frustrating.
