INDEX FILE - An error occured while trying to complete your request

At the splash screen when it says to press any button I immediately get this error and cannot progress beyond this point.  I've reinstalled the game, and moved it from hard drive to hard drive.  I've...

Same problem, turned off windows defender entirely, updated all the drivers, tried installing on two different ssds, tried the Steam version and the EA Play version,  no joy, same error every single time.
