When you type "dxdiag" in the Windows search bar by the "start" menu, you can bring up the DirectX 12 dialog window. Make sure it says the program is working properly. The display tab should show your graphics card.
Near the top of the Settings sheet you attached is the DxDiag section. Under the Display Tab 3 settings, it says there's a problem with your AMD Ratheon device, but scrolling down it says you're using a Geforce 3060 ti.
It looks like your DX12 is connecting to some AMD GPU, while you're using a 3060 gtx GPU. Go into your Nvidia control panel, Manage 3D settings, and check the CUDA choices. You don't want auto, you want to pick the 3060.
