Installed Patch, Verified It Is Installed Correctly, No N7 Armor?

I installed the patch, verified it installed correctly, I verified files, and I also checked it manually [by verifying the presence of cas_11.cas in the Dragon Age Veilguard/Data/Win32/streaminginstall/morrisonfinalinstallpackage/en directory, as well as verifying that libxess.dll was upgraded to 1.3.1.32. The game is working just fine, everything seems ok. my other DLC (deluxe edition and pre-order cosmetic armor are both present) are present.

However, the N7 armor mentioned for Patch 1 is not present. I have competed the Singing Blade mission, and checked the wardrobe in the meditation room where I talk to Solas. I assumed this was just part of the patch, and not a separate DLC that needs to be downloaded. Do I have to do something else to make it appear, or is it just not working?

Also, how come XeSS was upgraded to the latest version, but Nvidia's DLSS was not upgraded to the latest version? The DLSS version that Veilguard is using is 3.7.10.0, but Nvidia has released 3.7.20.0. The notes for DLSS 3.7.20.0 from Nvidia say that this version has "Bug fixes and stability improvements" which could potentially help us Nvidia users. Please ask the patch team to include the DLSS update in their next patch for Veilguard
