No DLC items chest?

Am I the only one with this issue? 😅

What part are you at in the story (whats your current mission)? We have a guide on our help site on what the chest looks like.

A small caveat is, that when you first get to the lighthouse, the chest will be in the room you wake up in. After (once you unlock Rooks room), the chest will be there if you did not open it.

Also, certain items, like the helmets, won't show up until you have acquired your first helmet. This is because all pre-order and deluxe items are transmog outfits so they need something to be applied over. 

Thanks for the reply illium. I finished the prologue and after speaking to Varric nothing is there. I've seen many videos on where it is and when however I have not had it spawn in my game for some odd reason. Could this be an EA App issue? Steam people seem fine for the most part but I am not entirely sure. 

What platform are you playing on?

Same for me, no chest. ea app platform.

Mais les objets édition deluxe ne sont pas d'déverrouiller.

The chest is a cabinet once the rook room is unlocked.

But the deluxe edition items are not unlockable.

Hey wexxam and RobTheHermit To confirm you pre-ordered correct?

If so, do you remember once you woke up in the lighthouse the first time if you got a message about your items? Shortly after the convo with Varric where you could explore the lighthouse? 

So once the code for the Deluxe package started working last night on the physical copy of DAVG, my first character had the chest appear in the room where Rook wakes up. I was able to equip the armor and my team with their armors too. However, I realized a few hours later that I missed the chance to bring in the choices I made in DAI and went back to create a new playthrough. I imported the character I made from the first playthrough, and once I got to that room, the chest was not there.  I thought it might appear in the room where Rook ends up being, but it still is not there.

So I went and created a completely different character, human like my first two tries, and I made sure to make the same choices for the DAI options, but I got to the room where Rook wakes up, and it is still missing. Do I need to delete my first character so that the chest can appear for any other made character? I looked at my Xbox install and it says I do have the Deluxe package installed.

I did get that message on my first created character, but afterwards when I imported the first into a new game, and tried again with a completely new character, the chest is not showing up in Varric's room or mine.

Yes I pre ordered the deluxe edition in August. I don't recall if I got that message to be honest but there was no chest there at all.
