Keeps freezing during gameplay and character creation.

I can't go very long in game without it freezing forcing me to close app and lose progress. When I try closing the game it causes a crash and makes an error report screen pop up. It's very game and immersion breaking. I haven't even been able to truly sit down and enjoy the game. Seems like a waste of money, sad bc I love Dragon Age
