Lighthouse wisps report
There should be an altar for wisps here, at the music romm in the lighthouse but it doesn't appear. Is is my second run and neither for me nor for my husband (3 runs total) has appeared

The altars don't appear until a mission or two later. The caretaker shade should appear by the music room door when you walk past and say something about helpers. That's when you should be able to find the wisps and unlock the second door.
