"LOAD ERROR - An Error Occurred While Trying To Complete Your Request"
I am unable to load any safe files outside of the very first one. I tried loading into my recent safe file from that point on, but the error reacures.

They can't. The game just wasn't made to work with an HDD unless it is on the lowest graphical settings, and even then it is no guarantee.
