Load Error message blocking save file, can't progress

I have a save just after I finished killing the large darkspawn enemy at the end of the In Entropy's Grasp quest (just before reporting back to the Veil Jumpers).  I am able to load this save file reliably. However, it seems that every save file past it, whether auto or manual, I get a "Load Error," no matter how many times I try redoing the next mission or how far I get. I first came across this after I got pretty far into the next mission & died to some darkspawn, & thought the issue had something to do w/ me dying and it being an auto-save... but eventually tried reloading other saves too & discovered the same thing. I did try deleting saves I thought might be "corrupted" (saves made past the 'last good one'.) That didn't help. Aside from dying, I have no idea what could have caused this.

My game save is completely blocked by this, I am unable to progress anymore. As soon as I die, I have to go back to that same save file from many hours prior, which is incredibly frustrating. Please help!!
