Losing character customization and returning to preset when loading a save

So, first minute of the game. I finish the character customization, and watch the first cinematics. Finish bar scene (Fight bar option), no skipping. Then, I save and see a feature, "temporary decisi...

I believe I know the issue. So for me at least there's is no character customization save file. The folder for "Veilguard customization" or whatever is always empty no matter how often I change. I also can't load almost any save data because no customization data exists

    yeah this is still messed up almost a month in. I just bought the game and none of my character creation saved.
