I had the same bug. Did you have your Rook voice pitched low? I had mine set to Feminine 1 low pitch. Maybe it incorrectly applies that effect to the Inquisitor also?
Yes I do actually !! I have my Rook set as Female 2 low pitch. That totally could be why. I'll have to do a test run with a medium pitch Rook to see if it still happens, it makes a lot of sense.
