Missing Armor Dodgy Recruit Reward from major Quest.

So I have seen other members have the problem of missing reward Armor from the Quest Blood of Arlathan.. I just finished the Quest & went to the Wardrobe and Character Menu and this Armor is completely missing from both sections! It's not even greyed out it's just missing... I saved the game about 15 minutes from the end & went back and redid that bit to Quest completion and videoed the rewards as they appeared... but once back in the lighthouse the Armor is still missing! I play on the new 2tb Xbox Series X.
