Multiple issues with ending cutscene

During my first playthrough on PS5 at the end of the game, the final cutscene before the narrated epilogue slides cut off right after it focused on the single npc cheering. It cut to a black screen for a moment before the epilogue started playing. After the credits finished rolling, my game crashed in stead of loading the menu but everything saved so it was fine.

I had a friend over who finished the game on their own account on my Playstation who romanced Emmerich, and their cutscene worked like normal, showed their Rook and then Emmerich, played all the credits and secret ending, then crashed after the credits like mine, but again everything saved so we just moved on.

I went back to a very early save in the same game file to replay the game with my same Rook & Inquisitor, and when I finally got to the end (after the first patch and after my friend played) the end cutscene stuttered after the same cheering npc, then showed my Rook but showed Emmerich, even though I romanced Lucanis. It played through all the credits and the secret ending and crashed again.

I haven't finished my second Rook yet so I can't say if it'll happen again. I can't find anyone else with this specific problem but I also have no clue how I'd search for it, so sorry if this is a repeat post.
