I've shared this on a few platforms but not sure if anyone else has had this issue. Playing on PS5.
I've done part 3 and I've done part 5 and got the trophies. I've also done part 4 but the trophy has not popped. I started a new character to test and it didn't pop for that character/playthrough either!
Can someone help?? If not, just want to report this bug and hope it can get fixed please! Thanks!

I managed to get it to pop randomly during my 3rd restart. I made sure to do the Shadow Dragon quest with Neve before recruiting Lucanis. Seems the 1st patch might've helped.
I am having this same problem. I recruited Lucanis before completing the quests in Minrathous, if that’s relevant.
I loaded an earlier save and was able to replay the Smuggled Relic Case mission. I’ve done the boss fight here and completed the quests multiple times and still not had the trophy pop. Quite annoying.
FINALLY managed to get this one to pop after attempting multiple times.
Originally I had saved Lucanis first then did the Shadow Dragons quest, no trophy for Chapter 4. I thought I could just do the last fight of the Shadow Dragons quest over again and that would work, but it didn’t after multiple attempts.
What did work however was loading back to a save where I had the option to do either Lucanis’ quest or the Shadow Dragon’s quest, and instead of saving Lucanis, I did the Shadow Dragon’s quest first, and then did Lucanis’ quest second. Once I defeated Caliban and talked to Lucanis to complete the quest, the trophy popped.
What a weird and annoying bug, was the only thing stopping me from entering endgame toward platinum.
Load a save earlier and do the Smuggled Relic case THEN do Lucanis’ quest, that’s what worked for me.
