[PC] Weird Popping Sound When Jumping

[PC - Windows 10. AMD CPU + AMD MSI card] If you walk/run and then jump OR if you move and decide to jump, there is a weird popping sound that occurs. I do NOT mean the normal jumping/landing sound....

Same thing is happening to me on Xbox. It makes a high pitched chin like some menu buttons do. It's driving me nuts.
