Pinnacle of its kind "Door shut" bug

Reposting my troubleshoot attempt.

"Okay I have tested a save before I recruited Emmrich, went through all the steps and before I did anything, got the Restless Spirits quest from Emmrich which opens the door and gives you Pinnacle of Its Kind. I killed all three demons and the door is open."

To add to this, I have finished everything up until the last Act 1 mission and the door is still open.

In short, you will have to reload to a save before you recruited Emmrich or finished Restless Spirits quest so you can open the door and complete Pinnacle of Its Kind asap. Either these or wait for an official fix/patch.

I also have this issue! All 3 demons killed, back to Necropolis aaaand the door is closed. Went to another zone, and back to the Necropolis, but that didn't fix it either. Unfortunate, hope this gets fixed soon.

Any other progress on this?  I'm pretty deep into the game and this door has never reopened

I'm having an issue where I killed 2 of the 3 bosses pre Pinnacle quest and now I can't complete the kill quest because they're already dead. Fun times new age games. i believe this is a legendary item drop quest also.. in the necropolis that i need for my rogue
