If using an AMD GPU, disable Fluid Motion Frames. or with an Nvidia GPU, disable Frame Generation.
I also capped my FPS to around 60, as the cutscenes are locked to 60 fps from my overlay.
This seems to have fixed my issue with a multi-monitor setup and 3x "4K @ 144Hhz monitors", but I run DAV on a single monitor.
