Preorder bonus armor missing
Preordered a physical copy of the game. Been playing through the story, and there is still no bonus armor showing in my inventory. Anyone else dealing with this glitch?

Missing/invalid DLC code issues aside (for people who purchased the game on disc), for everyone else, is this just for a second Rook (i.e., players who have gone through character creation more than once), or are some people encountering this issue for their first Rook as well?
I have this problem on my first Rook.
Yes, my first character didn't receive the DLC at all. I created another one to see if it would show up and still didn't/. Then it randomly appeared for my first character but the DLC was still locked in the wardrobe. Now the chest has disappeared again. I'm using the EA App so I would suggest you use Steam since I think it works there. Weird how EA's own app is bugged out with the DLC when Steam doesn't seem to have this issue lmao.
Neither my 1st nor 2nd Rook had the chest with the DLC items
