Preorder bonus armor missing

Same thing xbox series no chest over 3 days searching almost 30% story 

Was not going to name all big possible gamestore. I think amazon too but that doesn't change anything. 

No teach their lesson will be 100% never going to buy another bioware full price ever with Andromeda and now this.  And im probably not the only one already my friends feel this game is a big joke. You can't even do "renegade" you cant even be mean like the **bleep** its always been something in bioware games since origin/mass effect

But funny when they announced the pre order it was not there if so clearly hided cause as i said i did look a lot because i wanted to check the collector edition and the only way to get it was from the bioware site. (Good thing i didn't bought it though)

"participating online retailers" what a big joke they are. Feel the xbox 360 time where you add bonus if you bought amazon best buy or gamestop. What a **bleep** joke

I've been waiting 2 weeks now I think and still nothing. I really with they made this more of a priority.......

i buyed the geforce now bundle and i havnt the armour. Is it known if the geforce now pack causes any problems when unlocking the pack?. Register the game several days before launch.

You do know you don't have to turn off the Quick Resume to completely close out of the game. Once you are on the Xbox Home Screen, Just highlight the game, then hit the menu button on the Xbox and it will give you a list of what you want to do. Go to the option of quit game and the game will fully quit without having to turn off quick resume. That is what I do.

I just tried the new patch and this issue STILL has not been fixed. I'm actually really disappointed that I still cannot play with the DLC I have actually purchased.. I'm losing hope this will not be fixed soon if at all. Is there to a way to get a refund for the deluxe DLC? It feels like EA has literally just stolen my money and made me pre order the game thinking I will be able to play with this DLC but it didn't work. Feels like a scam to me at this point. How is this issue not higher priority? We have spent MONEY and not received what we have purchased this should not be legal. 

I'm tired.

I am disappointed to hear your feedback regarding this patch.  I hoped it would fix the missing DLC items (deluxe and pre-order). 

For me personally, as a fan of the Dragon Age series, I have liked owning the Blood Dragon Armor and dressing my MC up in said armour, so you can imagine my frustration and feeling that I have lost part of the specific immersion and emotional connection I have with a Dragon Age Game is the Blood Dragon Armor is missing or otherwise unavailable. 

If I had known this DLC bug had been an issue with the game on launch, I could have saved myself money, waited 1-2 years, and bought the game at a lower price. The technical lesson for EA and Bioware is that if DLC is bundled with the game on launch day, please ensure you know it is working before the game is released and goes live.
