Problems with red lights

I might be misreading your DxDiag, but it looks like your CPU is an i3, and the game requires an i5 or better (recommended CPU is i9). It also looks like you've only got an onboard Intel UHD GPU. From a little bit of Googling, the GPU for your processor is probably equivalent to a GeForce MX230, which isn't powerful enough for this kind of game. The minimum for Veilguard is a GTX 970; if I'm reading correctly, that's 400% more powerful than the MX230. If you haven't already set graphics options to low, you could try that, but you probably need a much more powerful computer to handle the game.
