I'm in the same boat. I have reset my PS5 three time now (maybe 4 ot 5? I have lost count), reinstalled 8 times and rebuilt the database and repaired the storage and cleared the cache and restored the license countless times. All the EA rep would tell me that the dev team is aware and are working on it. But BioWare is totally silent about it. Why isn't the games media on this? The EA rep also let me know that there are many people with the same issue. This also extends to Xbox. To top it off, the game corrupted my save both local and online back up. And it isn't my PS5, runs other games without a problem.
