PS5 The Heart of Corruption quest GLITCH. Can't make progress!!!

Can't make progress, boss wont appear and quest stuck. As you can see in pictures i have passed the seal and gate and in room and nothing.... I have reloaded all the saves i had and im out of them, ...

The same here... Quest stuck on the marker after the corruption. the boss didn't spawn but I could already loot the chest. Please fix it asap!
