I haven't been able to make that jump on PC either. For future reference, it's the third chest you come across in Harding's quest. It's sitting at the bottom of a zipline. At some some point after first seeing the chest, you'll come to a point where you have to sidecrawl through to advance the main quest. Right after that sidecrawl, there is a breakable wall to your immediate left (as mentioned above) that leads to another 'sidecrawl', then a ladder. Taking the ladder down takes you to a wide gap (to your immediate right) which has a 'tabbable' rock you can slide towards you to bridge the gap (using Harding's companion ability). But even after pulling the rock forward, the gap is too wide for me to jump across.

You need to have sprint active to make the jump. First time I used this in the entire game!
