Re-keybinding WASD to arrow keys does not work

I really hope this is a mistake/oversight, but I have made multiple attempts to re-keybind the movement keys (WASD) to the arrow keys, to no avail. I've been able to do this in all prior games for Dr...

I've tried to, and it does not work for me, and it's happened with loads of people, so I assume it's intended, which sucks.
