Re-keybinding WASD to arrow keys does not work

I really hope this is a mistake/oversight, but I have made multiple attempts to re-keybind the movement keys (WASD) to the arrow keys, to no avail. I've been able to do this in all prior games for Dr...

I'm hoping that we can get an actual official response. I really want to play the game and don't want to refund, but I also don't want to pay $80 for a game I cannot play. I would think it would be relatively easy to add those keys in as possibilities for keybindings, the question is whether they will do so.
