I have had the same issue on PS5. Finished the game, got all trophies except for the reflections one. All characters are at hero status and I got the best ending where everyone survives (minus the one you can't save). Trophy didn't pop even though I completed everything needed for it. Loved the game but its very frustrating when I have put the time and effort into completing it all just for it to not work. The disappointment of not achieving the platinum really sucked. Also don't have a save close to the end of her quest line so will have to go back 20-30 hours to try to replay it in the hopes of getting the last trophy......just don't have the motivation to do it right now so im really hoping they fix this bug.
Hey! The frustration is real. I had to dig to find an auto save point right before I finished her quest and I think I figured it out. It’ll make you mad cause it has nothing to do with the quest. When you are lighting the braziers for the funeral, there’s a little area near the second one that has a chest containing a bow for Bellara. For some reason, acquiring that bow is a required step in getting the trophy. It is a bug that 100% should be fixed but I haven’t seen EA mention it on any of the forums as something they have flagged. I have seen it’s an issue for other platforms as well such as Steam.
Yeah, I bit the bullet picked a prior save and replayed it until I got to the forest of spirits quest then saved it again. Glad I did because I had to replay that quest three times. I got the chest in my first play through with no luck. Made sure to get it again in the second playthrough but it still didn't pop. Tried different dialogues, got the chest and made sure to equip the bow third time round and it finally popped. Hopefully this helps someone else who is having the same issues. Got the platinum so I'm happy now 🙂.
