Regrets of the Dread Wolf - Not Getting 4th Dialogue Option.

According to online walkthroughs, during the conversation with [Redacted for Spoilers] at the very end of the "Regrets of the Dread Wolf" story arc, there is supposed to be a 4th response ("We defeated [Redacted for Spoilers])" under "We must stop the gods," if Bellara's story line was completed. I completed the last quest ("Forest of Spirits") but when I went to complete "Regrets," the 4th response does not appear.

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm wondering if it's a bug, or if it was planned content that got cut at the last minute. Thank you for any info you can provide!

    Yes, I'm also having this problem! I've completed this mission before but I also saw this dialog option online and decided to try completing Bellara's personal quests before going to the conversation. Lo and behold, the dialog option doesn't exist for me. I've tried attempting the conversation after travelling to different areas then returning, and I've tried restarting the game. Nothing seems to fix this. It's a long shot but I'd love if we could get a confirmation on whether this is a bug or cut content.
