Regrets of the Dread Wolf

Someone prolly already has a thread on this but I want to bring it up again... 

I cannot finish Regrets of the Dread Wolf because of an invisible wall. 

Yes, i have tried downgrading my graphics

Yes, i have tried loading a different save 

I'm just stuck at the portal at an invisible wall...

please fix this, i want to finish this quest
