Regrets of the DreadWolf- heights of Athim -bug/quest not starting

Hey, I know I'm not the first to mention this issue, but it's a real drag.  I can't move forward in my first play thru and I've gone back to saves 20 hours previous.    I got to the quest marker.  ...

Also have this problem. Entered the dream sequence but caught the ledge and decided not to go to this event. Went on with the game for a while, now the sequence doesn't start and i'm stuck at the rock wall unable to continue on with it. Hopefully they can find a fix and patch it.
