Same, playing on PC and started my game a week or two ago, and while he said them at first he's stopped saying romanced lines in combat and in his greetings at the lighthouse. I'm so sad!
I have the same problem on PS5. Why is nobody doing anything about this??!! I need that get fixed. After the locking the romance it's fine for a bit, then when all the companions comments on the romance it suddenly stops.
