Shadow dragon merchant incorrect position

When I approach the shadow dragon merchant the button to interact is entirely gone. She stands behind the counter as usual but can't interact with her. Jumping and trying to vault the counter seem to make her snap to her correct position moving her to the right where she can then be interacted with. Sometimes it doesn't work and she just stays out of reach.
