Solas Memory Bug

I crashed when entering the memory at the heights of athim and now i can’t trigger the memory to start. this is preventing me from finishing the regrets of the dread wolf quest please help !!!!

Also, the crash was just a green screen of death that froze my entire computer. i’ve gotten it several times, from character creation, to the memory. please advice how to prevent !
