Suggested settings [PS5 and TV]?

The game is visually impressive when going slow/standing still but general gameplay and cutscenes are really starting to hurt my eyes/brain to the point I can only play in quick sessions.

I have an LG C3 TV with all the fixings and a good HDMI so I'm wondering if anyone else had the same issues and found a good balance with their settings?

I've tried messing around with motion blur, brightness, and sharpness already but didn't wanna go too crazy.
