Tattered Bridge Puzzle Bug

When doing the Tattered Bridge puzzle to get the chest, it bugs out.  It happened to me when I didn't complete the whole thing, left to do a mission or something else, came back, and it wouldn't continue the puzzle.  See the video for where it is broken.

      Last patch fixed it for me.  Something in it reset one of the lazer gun things so it worked.
