Also to add to this, the Shadow Dragons strength no longer shows when I hover over Dock Town. It is like the whole location is bugged out of the game for some reason.
I was able to do other main story quests in Dock Town, but I had to travel there through the Crossroads. I still cannot fast travel or start the Cobbled Swan case.
