The Secret Ending Wasn't so Secret for Me...

So during my first playthrough, I finished D'Meta's Crossing and got the "Secret Ending" Tapestry with the Varric voiceover.. Sure whatever not thinking about it... Fast forward to 100% the game and beating it, I get rewarded with the Secret Ending, "The Fruit Ripens" yay.... Wait, didn't I see this already? Researching online and watching other playthroughs, they are getting a different Tapestry than I am. Is there anyway to fix it so the Secret Ending stays "Secret"?
